Payment Options:

We accept Pay Pal, Master Card, Visa & American Express. We do not accept cash, checks or COD’s for online orders. A sales tax of 7.4% is added to all orders shipped to Missouri addresses.

We do accept telephone orders: Mon. thru Friday 10 – 5:30 & Sat. 10 – 4:00

Shipping:

We use UPS for our packaging and shipping, which will be calculated by weight and added to cost of item at time of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges:

We will exchange your item with another selection, issue a gift certificate, or refund the credit card used for its purchase. Items returned after 7-days will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.  Also, we will not accept a return on any item after 30 days. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. If you return an item, please return the item in its original packaging.

Please return the item with an insured courier (e.g.,UPS) and retain your receipt. We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you returning an item that was damaged, or not the correct item, we will provide a prepaid UPS return label.

Ordering & Shipping Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
